Macau Grand Prix Friday: Your Group's Eve-of-Finals Party at Clube Rio

Japanese friends who travel together for a big race or a concert have a word for the night before it: zenyasai, the eve party, when the group gets together once and raises a glass before the main day. If you are coming to Macau with friends for the Grand Prix weekend, give the trip one of those nights. A private room at Clube Rio, where the door closes on your group alone, suits it well.

Why Friday works

This year’s Macau Grand Prix is the 73rd, and it starts on Thursday 19 November 2026 and ends on Sunday the 22nd. Friday the 20th is qualifying day. The finals are split across the weekend: Saturday the 21st has the motorcycle race final and other races, and Sunday the 22nd has the FR World Cup, the GT World Cup and other finals. That leaves Friday night, just before two days of finals, as the natural slot for the eve party.

Face to face, glasses up

Clube Rio is a KTV-first club on the third floor of Hotel Rio, and it opened on 30 July 2026. The house speciality is the therapist’s company. A therapist joins you in the room, sits beside the group, sings along and raises a glass with you. We explain how the companion service is arranged and what it costs when you book.

Every room is fully private, with a high-quality sound system. There are the Main Lounge, VIP Rooms, Party Rooms, Theme Rooms and Lounge Suites; tell us how many of you there are and we will have a room that fits the group. The room photos show each one. On the Free-flow plan, the drinks hour covers Hennessy VSOP, Johnnie Walker Black and Chivas, Budweiser and Blue Girl beer, and soft drinks, with nobody counting glasses.

The hour after the party

Free-flow follows the drinks hour with an hour of therapist massage, one to one with a therapist, inside the venue. It is the quiet hour that comes after the singing. This hour is just the two of you. If you have a preference, say so; if not, leave it to her. Of the whole pre-race night, this hour is the best reward.

That is fine when you first get in touch. There is no deadline, so send the headcount once it settles. A day ahead gives us time to arrange everything calmly.

Hours and prices

Clube Rio is open from 19:00 to 04:00. Therapists’ hours are also 19:00 to 04:00. There are no rooms for staying overnight or sleeping, so the night ends back at your hotel.

From the 23 October 2026 board, packages run from MOP 3,888 to 8,888, plus 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax; for a drinks-and-singing-only night there is a room minimum with free-flow drinks for 4 hours at MOP 2,888. Each of the five packages has WALK-IN, an hour of therapist massage only, and Free-flow, one to two hours of drinks and then an hour of therapist massage. Prices follow the venue’s own menu and can vary with the item, the length and the time of day, and the current menu confirmed when you book is the one that applies.
